A Vietnamese vegan/vegetarian restaurant that offers authentic, tasty and fresh dishes that have been reinvented without meat in the Asian culinary tradition.

The restaurant's daily menu includes four starters, four main courses and four desserts—all homemade—and each service includes a starter of the day, a main course of the day and a dessert of the day, thus combining discovery and variety with the carefully prepared meals for which our restaurant is known.

Our history

It all started when three women who are ardent food lovers met during a meditation course. That meeting welded our friendship. Since then, we have put all our energy into an exciting mission: the creation of a vegetarian vegan restaurant where you can be sure to enjoy healthy dishes, balanced recipes, fresh food, and always have a good time. From then on, sharing the concept of a "vegetarian" cuisine became our passion: Mây Bay was born!
